Last Wednesday we met up with Catherine’s best buddy, Matthew for some gymnastics fun.  John took Catherine the first time around because I was sick.  This time I got to go and I loved it!  Of course Catherine did too.  She loves to try and swing on the rope swing, even though she doesn’t have the strength yet to hold on by herself.  She also is warming up to the trampolines and the foam pit.

On Monday, while I was still wallowing around in my haze of sickness, John took Catherine over to a gymnastics gym called Acrosports. Every Monday and Wednesday they have open gym for pre-schoolers. Catherine barely squeaked by for the age range. Apparently she had a ball! And I am sitting here bawling because I wanted to go so bad to watch her play gymnast. I was a wanna-be gymnast at heart and so it just about killed me to stay home while they went and …
