Oh my goodness…I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a few days. Once my sister and her son got into town, we have been busy, busy, busy. I haven’t spent very much time on the computer because we usually crash in front of the TV watching our ‘trash’ shows. I know I need to get caught up though.
On December 15th, Catherine had her Christmas party at school. They did a cute little book exchange and then decorated cookies. It was a lot of fun to watch the excitement and anticipation of the children picking out and then opening up a book. To them it was like finding a treasure box of gold. Of course the ‘treasure’ was tossed aside when they realized that cooking decorating was next!
The kids each got a cookie, a glob of icing and then lots of sprinkles to decorate. Most of the kids put the icing straight into their mouths. I know I would do the same! And then they would just dump the canisters of sprinkles onto the cookies. It was entertaining to say the least.
And in honor of eating so much sugar, Snowman was found in the bathroom brushing his teeth!
