I haven’t been on the blog for a few days….
It’s because I had been getting the family ready to go to New York City….
For the 10th anniversary of 9/11….
For the 10th anniversary memorial for my friends from Ladder 3.
And then living 7 days in the big city, navigating the massive maze of subways with my husband and our 4 year old…all while carrying a burden of loss. I wanted to blog but I needed the time away to hide in the safety of my family.
It’s been 10 years and a few days and hopefully in the next day or so, I will start sharing our adventure.
