There is no recipe or laid out plan for this process.  Everyone is different. But the above suggestions is a great beginning.  Time is the one thing that makes it &quot;somewhat&quot; better to handle.</description>

		<description>I had a similar loss of a good friend. It&#039;s been almost 2 years and I find that at times I am still grieving that loss.   It was her idea to end the friendship and I feel a terrible sense of rejection along with the grief.   I think I am going to try writing her a letter and see if it helps me to let go and find some closure.</description>
