From this fire family, we would like to wish you all a happy, blessed and safe July 4th!  By the way, did you know that some of our founding fathers were firefighters?  A noble profession it is.  Too bad more of our politicians and the leaders of this country don’t come from a background of firefighting.  Things might be different.  Anyway, I digress….Happy July 4th!

    Hope y’all had a happy independence day! I thought of all of my firefighting friends as my neighbors yet again launched fireworks using bottle rockets in our very crowded neighborhood. Heh (though I’m not really laughing).
