Dog Days of Summer – Part 2 ^{Comments Off}

I have been looking forward to today for a while now. Catherine goes completely nuts over dogs and I try to take her to events and stores that have dogs so she can enjoy them to their fullest (I think she gets a bit bored with our two dogs). Houston has a fairly large dog show and so I knew she would just love it…and she did! She wanted to pet all of the dogs and hold everyone’s leashes. She would watch a dog getting groomed for a long time and actually didn’t fidget during the dog shows and practice competitions. We are definitely going to go back on Saturday morning. Today was nice because the actual competitions weren’t scheduled and it’s a work day so the crowds were light. We hope that if we go early enough on Saturday that we will have another nice time. We are also hoping to go get photos in front of the Texas A&M Vet School booth, her future Alma mater. Here are some photos from the day:
