What Not To See Before One Flies- Part 6 2
Seriously?!?! I am just an anxious flyer, even though I fly all of the time. About a week before I am supposed to fly somewhere, I start getting nervous and about two days before, I really feel like throwing up and cancelling my flight. So tomorrow I am supposed to fly to San Diego and I have been my normal ‘nervous Nellie’ self. Well, I wake up this morning to see that a plane had crashed in the late night hours. WTH?! There was a plane crash a few weeks ago (luckily everyone survived) and now this one where 50 people died. How in the world am I supposed to get on this plane tomorrow? I am about one click away from cancelling my trip.

Yes, I can see how that would be unnerving. Still safer than driving, though. Think about how many car wrecks there were in the US since the last plane crash.

It does make me nervous about flying but I still do it. I just did a round trip with daughter AA. Did I put her at risk? I shudder to think that I would do that. We all pray and count to 100 at take off! Helps my breathing and being calm.
